& Co. is a commercial real estate broker, affiliated with KW
Commercial, a division of Keller Williams Realty International.
Aminoff & Co. represents both buyers and sellers of income-producing
real property.
The company is also a real estate investment advisory company which provides strategic
real estate investment planning and the creation of real estate
investment programs for both individual and institutional property investors. We
possess and put to use diversified resources offering a broad range
of comprehensive real estate services. We serve clients from
all over the world providing attractive real estate investment
opportunities, and have been in business since 1975. We also
provide asset management and property brokerage services to property
owners.
Aminoff & Co. invests in all types of income-producing
real property, primarily, but not exclusively, in Southern
California, for its own account, for
its investor co-partners, and for its advisory and consulting
clients. The company's primary focus is the acquisition of real
estate assets that display significant value increase potential and
attractive cash flow for investors and for company-sponsored
partnerships. As real estate advisors, Aminoff & Co.
advises both domestic and off-shore investors on their real estate
acquisitions and portfolio management in the United States.
Aminoff & Co. will invest its own capital along with its investor
co-partners, and structures its partnerships so that if investment
targets aren't attained, the Company receives no return on its
capital investment, thereby assuring congruity of goals with its
investors. The company has sponsored several real estate investment partnerships which
have acquired multi-family residential properties, including senior
assisted-living facilities, industrial properties, office properties
and retail properties over the past 35 years. We also specialize in
providing suitable exchange properties, including long-term
single-tenant net leased properties, to sellers who need to acquire
a property to complete a tax-free exchange in accordance with Sec.
1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
